Yes. By law travellers are required to wear seatbelts whilst the vehicle is in motions (where fitted).
Yes. Cole’s Coaches have experienced tour drivers available.
Cole's Coaches prefer travellers not to eat hot food on board the coach. The odours go through the air conditioner. Cole's Coaches also prefer travellers to have plastic drink bottles with screw caps or use their own water bottles.
No. Smoking on vehicles is not permitted. If you are found smoking or if there is reason to believe people were smoking onboard, a $200 fine will be charged. Illicit drugs are not to be taken by passengers whilst onboard the bus.
If you exceed the mileage allowance quoted, an additional charge may apply.
If you exceed the driver hours allowance quoted, an additional charge may apply.
A deposit may be required to secure a booking.
An invoice will be sent to you either prior to your travel date or after you return.
If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days prior to the date hire, a cancellation fee may apply.
Vehicles are licensed to carry the maximum number of passengers stated. It is illegal to overload vehicles. Our largest vehicle will hold up to 57 passengers.
Please contact Cole's Coaches in regards to any property left on a bus.

The mini buses have limited luggage space. If you have luggage we suggest you add a trailer to your booking with Cole's Coaches.
If the vehicle has been damaged through the negligence of any persons in the group, the hirer will then be responsible for any repair costs.
The cleaning of the vehicle is not required, however the vehicle must be left in a reasonable condition. If the vehicle is not left in a reasonable condition, a cleaning fee will be charged. Spillages on seats are at a cost of $100 per seat.
