Some of our current drivers began their bus driving career in a 7 seater and now drive on interstate tours in a 57 seater. The sky (or the road) is the limit if you have the right attitude and want to learn.

Cole’s Coaches is always looking for Special Needs Carers to ride on our special needs bus services in Geelong and Warrnambool. They are critical to the success of the service as they care for the students traveling to and from school on the bus, ensuring they have a happy and comfortable trip.
Our Carers are crucial to the safety and comfort of our clients, and work hand-in-glove with our drivers, to ensure each individual’s needs are attended to.

The vehicle maintenance personnel work on all aspects of the rolling stock, that is, on the chassis components and the body of the bus. Each depot has around 15-25 vehicles to maintain and it is all logged on our internal maintenance system.
Some of our maintenance personnel also drive a school bus run or do the odd charter job that helps them understand what our drivers manage each day.
Excellent facilities are provided to our maintenance personnel and larger jobs on vehicles may be outsourced to more qualified repairers that have the equipment.
Our administration team is the engine room of our business, with cross-functional specialists working across sales, operations, HR, compliance, and accounts. Our goal is to ensure our clients receive the best possible service.
